How do I connect APITemplate.io to Bubble.io?

APITemplate.io is a powerful tool that allows you to dynamically generate PDFs and images from templates using APIs. Integrating it with Bubble.io enables you to automate the creation of custom documents and visuals directly within your Bubble workflows.

Instructions:

  1. Install the Plugin: Go to the APITemplate.io Plugin Page and click “Install.”
  2. Configure API Key:
    • Sign up or log in to APITemplate.io.
    • Navigate to your dashboard and copy your API Key.
    • In Bubble.io, go to the plugin settings and paste your API Key.
  3. Create Templates in APITemplate.io:
    • Design your template in APITemplate.io for PDFs or images.
    • Note the unique template ID.
  4. Set Up Workflows in Bubble:
    • Add an action such as Create PDF action to your Bubble workflow to send data to APITemplate.io.
    • Map the data from Bubble to the template variables using the plugin interface.
  5. Test Your Integration:
    • Run your workflow and verify the generated PDF or image is as expected.

 

You’re now ready to use APITemplate.io in your Bubble applications for automated document generation!
