What does the Image Generation API do?

Image Generation API creates images automatically from a template you design. You set up the layout once, then produce as many versions as you like by swapping the text, photo or colours. Social posts, banners and similar assets become much quicker to make, because you’re not opening a design tool every time.

I am not a designer. Is it still easy to use?

Absolutely. The editor is drag and drop, so you just move elements around until they sit where you want them. A preview shows up straight away, which lets you check the image before you use it. There’s no credit card on the free plan either, so you can try the workflow before committing to it.

Is bulk image creation supported?

It’s one of the main reasons people use the tool. Keep a single template and send different data for each version: a new name, a product photo, a different price. Need 100 banners or social media posts? Generate them all from the same template rather than building each image from scratch. The free plan includes 50 images per month, and a bigger plan is there when you need more.

Which elements and effects are available for images?

You can add text, photos, QR codes, barcodes, star ratings and charts. Photo effects like blur and brightness adjustments are available too. When the design is done, export it as a JPEG or PNG, and you can also get a PNG with a transparent background.

Does it work with the tools I already use?

Yes. It connects with Zapier, Make.com, n8n, Airtable and Bubble, so image creation can slot into a no-code workflow. If a developer is setting things up, the REST API works with Python or C#.
